The Amended and Restated Service Plan for Reagan Ranch Metropolitan District Nos. 1-4 is the controlling document for the Districts, which sets forth information specific to the Districts, including, but not limited to, the proposed services, a boundary map, general description of the facilities, and any proposed indebtedness.
Reagan Ranch Metropolitan District Nos. 1-4 is fully committed to providing accessible facilities, elements and
